Your guests watch from their seats amid the greenery and, right afterward, stroll over to the poolside cocktail hour: all in one venue, so the spell is never broken.

For couples who want their “I do” to be legally binding on the very day of the celebration: a civil ceremony in the villa gardens, followed by the reception.

What do you need for a civil ceremony at the villa?
In Italy, a civil wedding can also take place outside city hall, at venues authorized by the municipality. [To be confirmed: is the villa an authorized venue of the City of Rome? If not, describe the alternative: a civil ceremony at the Campidoglio or at a district municipal office, followed by the celebration at the villa.]
What is a symbolic ceremony, and which rituals can you include?
A symbolic ceremony is not legally binding, which is exactly why you can personalize it completely: a sand, unity candle, or wine ceremony; letters read aloud; live music; friends and family taking part. Your officiant crafts the script with you, so that every word is truly your own.
Who designs the ceremony setup?
Seating, a floral arch or installation, the aisle, and a spot for the musicians are all designed by our event design team in harmony with the rest of your day, so your ceremony and reception tell the same story in one cohesive setting.
How long does the ceremony last, and what's the rain plan?
A ceremony usually lasts between 20 and 40 minutes. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the ceremony can move into the villa’s indoor salons, with the same setup.
