How to Plan a Fashion Event at a Villa in Rome
Answers to the questions we hear most often, for anyone who wants to know every detail.
Which spaces can host a runway or an installation?
The historic salons, panoramic gardens, and pool deck at Villa Dafne Majestic lend themselves to runways, installations, and temporary sets, all in coordination with our event design team.
[To be added: square footage, ceiling heights, floor load limits, and vehicle access for load-in.]
Can we bring in our own production company and vendors?
[To be confirmed: whether you can bring in your own production company, sound and lighting provider, and other outside vendors; load-in and load-out times.]
Does the villa offer catering and parking?
Yes. Villa Dafne Majestic offers in-house catering with a dedicated chef for cocktail receptions, gala dinners, and daytime meals, plus private on-site parking with more than 200 spaces.
Will we have exclusive use of the villa during our event?
Yes. Villa Dafne Majestic is yours exclusively for the entire event: no outside interference and the utmost confidentiality for previews and launches.
