Villa Dafne Majestic is the ideal set for photo shoots, commercials, and film productions in Rome: historic salons, panoramic gardens, a showstopping pool, and expansive green grounds, just 20 minutes from the city center and reserved exclusively for your production.

The Historic Salons
Period interiors, natural light streaming through large windows, and an old-world atmosphere: a ready-made set, no construction required.
Floors, archways, and salons opening one onto the next add depth to every frame and offer endlessly varied setups: a sitting room for an intimate conversation, the grand salon for a big ensemble scene, the hallways for camera moves. The light changes from room to room, morning through afternoon, and every space tells the story of an era.

The Gardens & Grounds
Greenery, vistas, and the villa’s facade: exteriors that change with the daylight, from dawn to dusk.
Walkways, staircases, and open lawns lend themselves to wide shots, tracking shots, and high angles, with the villa as your backdrop. At dawn, raking light sculpts the facades; at sunset, golden hour bathes the gardens in gold: two different sets in one location, just a few hours apart.

The Pool
By day or lit up at night: the villa’s most recognizable backdrop, for commercials, campaigns, and night scenes.
The water mirrors the facade and the sky, creating symmetry and reflections that, once the lights come up at night, become pure cinema. The pool deck, the terrace, and the surrounding garden offer camera angles for fashion and beauty shoots, commercials, and music videos.

How do crews reach the villa, and where can production vehicles park?
Villa Dafne Majestic has on-site parking for more than 200 cars, plus additional parking areas outside the gates, and sits just minutes from the GRA, Rome’s beltway. [To be added: heavy truck access, loading areas.]
What support spaces does the villa offer, and what permits will you need?

Can the villa cater meals for cast and crew?
Yes. In-house catering can take care of meals and refreshments for cast and crew on shoot days.
Is the villa exclusive to your production during the shoot?
Yes. The villa is reserved for your exclusive use: no other events take place during the shoot, so you can work in complete privacy.
